Front Office Coordinator


As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our front desk and ensuring that visitors receive an excellent first impression of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the company’s calendar
  • Coordinating and managing the company’s meeting rooms
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed
